On our farm we grow the Tuono variety . Drop-shaped, it contains a smaller quantity of oil, which makes it lighter and more digestible than other varieties. It is wrapped in a semi-soft shell: so, if you prefer to buy the shelled almond variety, you won't have any trouble breaking it with the nutcracker. The almonds that we grow on our properties embody the characteristics of the typical terroir of Tuscia and at the first taste you will immediately feel their fragrance and the sweet and delicate tone of their flavour.

How can you preserve the properties of our almonds?

Our advice is to store almonds in a cool, dry place: this way the organoleptic properties will remain unchanged for longer. Make sure not to expose them to direct light: this way you will be able to have a fresh and crunchy product available for many weeks. If you have removed the brown skin, place them in the refrigerator in a glass jar.

How can you taste our almonds?

Almonds are one of the most famous healthy mid-morning or mid-afternoon snacks. To ensure the right amount of almonds for the well-being of your body, we recommend consuming approximately 30 grams per day. And for the greediest palates? The almond is a very versatile ingredient and you can use it in the kitchen for a gastronomic tour that starts with the appetizer and ends with the dessert.
